From 4 to 6 June, Bornay will travel to Munich to present its product catalog.

This year, for the first time, Bornay will participate in the Intersolar Europe fair, the solar industry’s largest fair worldwide. From 4 to 6 June, the firm will travel to Munich as an exhibitor, thanks to the group participation of various companies members of Solartys, the Spanish Association for the Internationalization and Innovation of Spanish companies.

Intersolar is the solar sector’s largest international fair. Bornay's wind turbines offer a complementary energy for solar energy at a fair that, every year, brings together thousands of visitors from all over the world, making it a meeting point for suppliers and  clients.

Bornay’s commercial director, Juan de Dios Bornay, explained that the presence of the  firm at Intersolar focuses on promoting the wind turbines and the solar microstation PinLite, a new product in the company’s catalog  that is enjoying an  excellent reception on the  part  of the public. “PinLite, thanks to a solar panel, makes it possible to connect a light bulb or charge a mobile telephone anywhere in the world, an easy and economical way to provide the basic electrical services,” added Juan de Dios Bornay.

PinLite is composed of  a solar panel with  a power of 20 pW, two 3W LED bulbs, and a set of USB connectors. Inside it has a Li-ion battery capable of storing energy and supplying it for the use  of the system with an autonomy of up to 8 hours. Furthermore, it has a USB connector where any type of mobile telephone can be recharged, as well as two RJ10 connectors where the LED bulbs can be connected.

Bornay designed PinLite having in mind many varied uses, ranging from lighting in hostels or for those who participate in outdoor sports to such important undertakings as covering basic electrical communication needs in areas without service and in developing countries.

The company, situated in hall A2, will present, in its stand number 135, its whole line of products, whose main activity is the manufacture of wind turbines for the for the small wind-turbine sector.  Furthermore, the Director  of  the company explained that attendance at this fair was made to coincide with the announcement of  Bornay’s  new price list “in which there is a general decrease of between 2 and 40%, which affects  practically all the products in the company’s catalog.” Juan de Dios Bornay explained that, “Bornay’s commitment extends to  our clients,” and added that, “the good work done by our commercial  department, together with our clients’ confidence in the Bornay trademark, results in an increase in sales and in the turnover of  our products. These two factors, along with the confidence of our suppliers, affect our clients as they provide a multiple, and in some  cases substantial, decrease in our prices.” The Director stated that Bornay’s philosophy is based, among  other things, on collaboration with and service to its clients: “We consider it part of  our responsibility to be at their side when they most need it, working better and  offering them greater  profit.”

The wind  turbines are Bornay’s own product, with an important base in internal research and development, which is carried out in the I+D+i  (research, development and innovation) department of the company. The firm is also the distributor of  various lines of renewable energy products that meet the needs of  its  clients  in  the area of green energies.

On the other hand, Bornay will be at  present at the BSW stand, where it will give presentations on individual systems that are emblematic  or that that have a certain repercussion. Bornay, who will  participate in the  program on June 6, will present the rural electrification project carried out in Venezuela for the electrification of 73 communities with as many as 40 homes, a medical center  and a school.

Bornay  has always followed a policy of corporate responsibility  which includes actions, from the very heart of our company, that affect  the locality where Bornay is located and end up as international  projects which attempt to make life easier for others.

On the international level Bornay has provided support and collaboration in totally deprived areas such as Tanzania, the Congo or some parts of Venezuela, activities on which will be based the  company’s presentation at the BSW stand.

Apart from this, Bornay will attend a work and networking session with the association of which it is a part, Alliance for Rural Electrification, which is very active in matters concerning rural electrification, especially in developing nations.
